and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything until well combined. Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes
or until the top is golden and the center is set. Cool and serve: Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions if desired and serve warm.
